The participants will live an unforgettable experience where they will learn the ancient making of these delicacies of the territory: from binding a Culatello di Zibello to creating a real "Strolghino" and much more.
 
Inside the Antica Corte Pallavicina there is the ancient aging caves of the "Culatello di ZibelloA particular of the "King of the hams": the "Culatello di Zibello
The first steps of the activity in order to obtain many different typical cured meats of the territory starting from a half pig.
 

The different cured meats start to "take their shape": Culatello, Coppa, Prosciutto, Strolghino, Salame, Cappello del Prete, Spalla etc.



And as a final prize: an unforgettable dinner in a unique location side to side from precious old Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese wheels.
