  • 08.30 am: Meeting with the guide and departure towards the flat area of the surroundings of Parma.
  • The first stop will be at a real Parmigiano-Reggiano PDO dairy to see the making of this unique cheese with tasting at the end of the visit.
  • To follow: guided visit to the elegant “Rocca Meli Lupi” in Soragna, still inhabited by the Prince Diofebo Meli Lupi and rich of sumptuous furniture.
  • Visit to the aging cellars of one the greatest Italian cured meats: Culatello di Zibello with tasting/lunch at the end of the visit.
  • Guided visit to the majestic “Rocca Sanvitale” in Fontanellato with frescoes by Parmigianino, still surrounded by water like in the Medieval times.
  • At the end: final stop at the Labirinth of the Masone by Franco Maria Ricci, the largest of the world! Aperitif and time at disposal to enter into the maze (entry to the Museum and labirinth not included, available as optional).
