Meeting with our authorized environmental guide and departure to the discovery of this amazing natural territory searching for the treasure of the woods: Porcini Mushrooms* and/or Black Truffles* (2 h 30' experience). After the hunt, you'll be welcomed by one of the best chefs of this part of Italy that will make a short cooking demo on how to properly cook these amazing products. At the end you will taste everything during an unforgettable lunch. For the Porcino Mushroom: September and October. Since it's a real search it is not guaranteed to find something during the experience. During the other months the visit into the woods is still possible and it will be focused on the environment and characteristics of the natural territory that will be discovered.
