Discover how the King of allcheeses has been made in the same way since the benedectine monks invented it centuries ago: you'll first see the the hand making, then the salt pools and finally the "wheel cathedrals", real walls of cheese in a single room. Tasting at the end. 


Visit of a Traditional Balsamic Vinegar Producer of Reggio-Emilia with tasting:

during the balsamic tour you will discover how the traditional balsamic vinegar from Reggio Emilia born and that each cask is different from the other: ash, oak, chestnut, juniper, cherrynut, mulberry are the kinds of wood where the balsamic vinegar grows. Every wood gives to the balsamic vinegar a special colour, taste and flavour. And during the final tasting you will discover them all. You will taste different kind of balsamic vinegar, in a vertical tasting. You will taste 3 Modena Aged Balsamic Vinegar IGP and the 3 labels of the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar from Reggio Emilia DOP, the orange label, 12 years aged, the silver label, 15 years aged and the gold label, more than 25 years. 


Visit of an amazing winery producer of Organic Lambrusco and many more with final tasting of 3 different wines paired with typical products that will make your perfect aperitif; 


Final typical lunch at the unique and panoramic restaurant at the Castle of Bianello, a real hidden jewel, one of the four Matilda fortresses, built on four successive hills of equal height and dominating the plain below.


End of the experience after lunch.
