The Carpigiani University was established in 2003 by ice-cream machine maker Carpigianito help ice cream-making entrepreneurs and home cooks eager to make their own frozen treats to learn the basics of making gelato.

Whether you're a culinary master or just an enthusiastic foodie, this class is the perfect combination of mouth-watering gelato and entertaining, hands-on instruction. Enjoy an insightful presentation and a taste of some of the ingredients that go into traditional and more novel flavors of gelato. Learn how to produce cream-based or fruit-based gelatos that can be sugar-free and even dairy-free thanks to the use of soy or rice milk.
