  • for lunch: rich tasting* of typical products in a fascinating cellar of DOC wines “Colli di Parma”... Afternoon 

  • Transfer to the Province of Reggio-Emilia or Modena to admire a real “Acetaia” with its barrels of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar. You'll learn the difference between the "real thing" and the balsamic condiments that you usually find in the supermarkets...Tasting session at the end of the visit. 
  • Return to Parma in the afternoon (or to the city where you have your accomodation).

  • In comparison to different competitors, we are an authorized incoming tour operator with all the insurances and authorizations requested by the Italian law in order to organize this kind of tours and activities.
  •  Moreover we only use authorized and expert guides (with the relative ID Card given by the Province of Parma), people without this ID is not allowed to do this kind of tour!

  • The value for your money is very important for us! For these particular services watch out for cheap prices.. Very often means that some of the rules have not been followed strictly as we do. It's a matter of quality of the service, locations selected and, most important of all, to be secure and protected during your tour by regular insurances.
  • This is a private tour, this means that you will have your personal guide and personal driver (if requested). This is not a group tour.
  • In case you choose the selfdrive option the guide will come with you on your car or will take her own car and you'll follow her depending on the availability.
  • If we'll have multiple bookings for the same day, we'll ask you if you would like to join other people in order to pay less.
  • The tasting/lunch can be organized also at a Prosciutto di Parma producer, depending on the availabilities.
  • If you choose the option "WITH TRANSPORTATION" the quotation is calculated with a departure from Parma or the immediate surroundings (max 15 Km) - departures from other locations will have a surcharge that will be comunicated by email. 
  • LENGTH OF THE TOUR: 7 Hours approx. including lunch and transfer to the Balsamic Loft
