I have been fond of cooking ever since, as a child, I helped my grandmother prepare her wonderful cakes. As I grew up and started travelling. I tried to get to know the speciality dishes of every country I visited, buying cookbooks and exchanging recipes with the local people.
Ever since I have a family and a house of my own, one of the things that fully gratify me is to invite people for dinner and to try my hand at new dishes. Almost by chance and with great satisfaction, I succeeded in turning this passion into an activity.
At present, besides other occupations, I gave courses of Parmesan cuisine mainly for foreigners.
In an ancient family house situated on the green hills south of Parma, where we have been producing balsamic vinegar for over 20 years, I have found the ideal location to realize the small but not simple alchemy to work while amusing myself and other people
